Claraline's Story

Claraline S. Baylor, 95, formerly of Manheim Township, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at the Mennonite Home, Lancaster.
She was born in Renovo, a daughter of the late Harvey and Kathryn (Faux) Schlee. She was married to Kenneth Baylor, who preceded her in death in 1992.
A graduate of Danville High School and Bloomsburg State College, Claraline was a librarian and teacher.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Lancaster.
Her interests included reading, quilting and sewing.
She is survived by one son, Lewis C. Baylor, of Evans, Ga.; and three grandchildren, Rebecca, Daniel and Joshua Baylor.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Samuel Schlee; and one sister, Jane Bowen.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Mount Zion Cemetery, 6 Orchard Drive, Catawissa.
