Derek "Deke" L. Reibsome, 45, of Danville, passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2017, at his residence.
He was born on Dec. 30, 1971, in Danville, a son of the late Donald "Lee," Sr. and Jane Lorraine (Fox) Reibsome.
Deke graduated from Danville High School. He worked as a crewman at Wendy's in Danville. He loved to hunt and fish, collected comic books, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan.
He is survived by two brothers, Lee Reibsome Jr. and his wife Nabila, of Danville and Darren Reibsome of South Carolina; and various nieces and nephews, Courtney, Jeremy, Jasmine, Morgan, Jennah and Christopher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Damen Reibsome in 2007.
Funeral services will be private and take place at a later time.
