Kimber Ray Mordan, 62, of Danville, passed away on Jan. 26, 2017.
He was born July 19, 1954, in Danville, a son of the late Raymond and Shirley (Bryant) Mordan. He married his high school sweetheart, Frances (Fallon) and they spent 40 loving years together.
Kimber was an Eagle Scout, later becoming a member of the Order of the Arrow, as well as accomplished athlete and outdoorsman.
He loved bowling, hunting, and fishing, and belonged to the Milton Fish and Game Association.
He was a member of the Moose, as well as the Continental, Friendship, and Liberty Fire Companies.
Kimber retired as an electrician working for Howard Organization, Inc., out of Bloomsburg.
It was his life long accomplishment to have owned and lived on his own farm.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Ben, of Chambersburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Marcie and Mike Kitka, of Danville; three grandchilren, Gracie, Maxx, and Kole; one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Susan, of Danville; and one sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Charles Gregory, of Danville.
Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Danville First Baptist Church, 20 Brookside Drive, followed by the funeral at 11, with the Rev. Dawes Dunham officiating.
Interment will follow in Straub's Lutheran Cemetery, Danville.
