Jaci Barnhart Jackson, 60, of Williamsport, passed into eternal rest with her family by her side on Thursday, April 20, 2017, at Hershey Medical Center in Hershey.
She was born Sept. 6, 1956, in Danville, the daughter of Edith L. (Ford) Barnhart and the late John P. Barnhart. She was married for 12 years to Jimmy Jackson. They were married on June 26, 2004.
Jaci graduated from Danville Area High School in 1974 and received her bachelor's degree in political science from Lycoming College in 1978.
She was employed as an office manager for a heating and air conditioning company for many years.
Jaci enjoyed cooking, shopping excursions with her mom, and the beauty of flowers. She adored her two cats, Sami and Montgomery. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband and mother, Jaci is survived by two brothers, Scott J. Barnhart, of Catawissa, and Wade A. Barnhart, of Danville. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Eva Barnhart.
At the family's request, there will be no services.
