Warren A. Kelly, 85, of Danville, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2016, at the Geisinger Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 21, 1931, in Danville, a son of the late Warren O. Kelly and Florence Faux.
Warren attended Danville schools and proudly served in the Army.
He was employed at the Danville State Hospital and retired from there.
He was an honorary member of the Continental Fire Company amd Friendship Fire Company, past member of the Moose, and was a member of the Amerian Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was also a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Danville.
He is survived by four sons and daughter-in-law, Terry Kelly, of Danville, Scott Kelly, of Newville, Randy and April Kelly, of Berwick, Mike Kelly, of Pine Grove; one daughter and son-in-law, Taunia and Al Quercia, of Harrisburg; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two brothers and one sister-in-law, Sam Kelly, of Danville and James and Joann Kelly, of Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor; one sister, Virginia; one granddaughter, Tabitha; and companion, Charlotte Hendricks.
Friends will be received from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the Brady Funeral Home, 320 Church St., Danville, followed by the funeral at 2, with the Rev. Minnich and Joshua Notestine officiating.
Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Danville.
