Beyond his many professional achievements, David served as an Honorary Deputy Sheriff in Montour County, was a member of the Danville Revitalization Corporation, as well as holding other community positions over the decades. David cherished greatly his time spent with his wife traveling, exploring, golfing and boating as well as driving his red Viper, hunting, skiing, deep-sea fishing, reading and spending time at his camper together. He also loved flying as a private pilot and found great enjoyment being a part-time beekeeper with his wife, Lisa. He was a devoted husband, father, and PopPop.

Above all else, his greatest joy was treasured moments he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren on holidays, family vacations, events and in sharing traditions.
